Listing of your property can be done in two following ways.

1) Call us at 98467 17667 between 9.00 AM and 5 PM. You may also call +971 55 9601051 for UAE. Our executives will guide you to list your property.

2) If you wish to List your property online click here. You can submit the data in the online form. This will be uploaded in the website upon verification.

Listing fee : Rs 1000 per listing

Duration : 30 Days in the home page and as a regular listing for 6 months or till the property is sold out, which ever is earlier.

Search KeralaListings

Through KeralaListings you can search for property available for sale in Kerala.
The contents of this website is available for free to the users. However use of this contents is limited by the terms of use.

Get listing details through phone

The Listing details are available through phone for free. Call 98467 17667 between 9AM to 5PM, you can get information about the available Property Listings.

View by ID

Any Listing can be viewed in detail using this link. The Listing ID is submitted to view the full Listing details. In case of Confidential Listings , the ID password to be obtained from the seller to view the full Listing details.

Saved Searches and Bookmarks

You can save a search with an ID (email ID) and password. Later when you want to execute this search, simply click the My Searches link , give your Email ID and password and execute the search.
You can save (bookmark) a listing with the same Email ID and password. Select the Listing to be saved. Click on the "Save Listing" link and give your ID and password . This will be saved against your ID and password. You can later view your Bookmarks by clicking the "My Bookmarks" link.

Compare Listings

You can select Listings to be compared. This gives you an easy way of comparing different Listings on various parameters and can speed up your decision making. Simply select the Listings to be compared either from the "results page" or from the "Bookmarks" page. Click "Compare Listings" to compare the selected Listings.

Confidential Listings

You can List your commercial or residential property confidentially with KeralaListings. This Listing's as well as seller's traceable information will be removed from the General users. The basic relevant information will appear on the search results. The general users can contact the seller through our "Contact Seller" form. If the seller wishes to contact this prospective buyer he may do so. In that case he can share the password with this seller. The prospective buyer can use the "View by ID" to view the full Listing details.
